• All Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charge.
• Discounts may not be used in conjunction with other promotion and offers.
• In case of 3rd Party credit cards, Booking will not be made until the cardholder contacts the hotel and provides a Credit Card Authorization Form with all other required documents.
• Our booking engine allows amendment of stay including dates and room types. However any downgrade or reduction in number of nights or revenue will depend upon the booked promo rate plan. If the promo rate is booked on Non Refundable plan, hotel reserves the right to charge based on original booking.
• A refundable deposit of Php 3,000 per room per night will be required upon check-in. This will be used for any incidentals during the stay.
• All bookings passing through December 31 would have to include a mandatory New Year’s special dinner party at Php 6,000.00 net/Adult. This shall also be imposed on the 3rd or 4th occupants of the room. For children 0-5 years old are free of charge, while children aged 6-12 will enjoy 50% discount or Php 3,000.00 net. NOTE: Coupons shall be given to the guests upon check in and should be surrendered upon availment of the New Year’s dinner. Lost coupons shall be considered “USED”. An information counter is available at the lobby should they want to reserve a table ahead of time.

• All Online bookings and promotions are made onnon-refundable condition which requires full pre-payment upon booking. Should for any reason you depart early, you will not receive any credit or refund. If you wish to extend your stay a new reservation is required for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate may not apply.
• Upon check in, please present the credit card which was used to guarantee and pay the booking as proof of ownership. Failing which, guest may be requested to pay using another card and the first payment will be refunded in this case.
